Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed before 2:00pm EST are shipped the same day using USPS. Orders placed after 2:00pm are shipped the next business day, with orders placed on Friday shipped on the following Monday.. We value our customers privacy. We do not share data with any third party. From time to time you may receive via email specials and coupon deals on new products from URVape.com. 

If you do not want to receive any emails you can login to your account and uncheck receive offers.

For your protection we do not keep credit cards on file.

From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail. We may use the information to customize the website according to your interests. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. Return Policy

Please carefully research the product you are interested in before making your purchase. Refunds are only available for new and unused devices purchased on URVape.com. If you would like additional information about any of our URVape products, feel free to email support@urvape.com.

Warranty

URVape  warrants our products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser. If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, URVape will either (1) repair the product defect, (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or is at least a functionally equivalent product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the product.

The Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by URVape that can be identified by the “URVape ” trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-URVape products. This warranty does not apply to (a) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, acts of piracy, or other external causes; (b) to damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended use as described by URVape ; (c) to a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of URVape; (d) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic. Warranty does not apply to any non-URVape products.

Warranty applies to original end-user purchaser only. Warranty is non-transferable. Warranty only applies to devices purchased at any authorized retailer serviced by an authorized URVape distributor. For questions regarding authorized retailers, please contact us via email at www.urvape.com.

Warranty is only serviceable in the US and Canada.

  2. Once we establish that your URVape is defective, we will issue you shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the items to be returned securely using the original packaging material (if possible).
  4. Please enclose the following: a) your original invoice, b) name, address, contact telephone and email address.

Damaged/Incomplete/Incorrect Orders

If you receive an order shipped from URVape that is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us immediately. Please note: damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to us within 72 hours of the date of delivery.
